Humba – my own version

I do love cooking ever since. It is just that now that I am married, I have many things to do that I want to make it at once. But then, I am just a human and can do one task at a time. Recently, I cooked humba but with my own version. I used pork shoulder for roasting supposedly but I did not roast it because I do not know how – LOL. Anyway, in my humba, I just put garlic, bay leaf, soy sauce, and water mixed with that pork shoulder roast. I first fried the pork meat and when it’s brown a bit, I mixed everything and cooked it for more than two hours. So far, it tastes a bit okay (at least for me – LOL).
